Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit and share transparently in the essence of respect and love for humanity in this beautiful world entrusted to us, the world in which we commune.

Dictionary defines it as:

A complete trust in someone or something; a strong belief in God or in religious doctrines – it is based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof; and / or, a strongly held belief or theory such as Faith that life will expand until it fills the universe.

Personally, I base my faith on God, the Almighty.  The following shares my why:

Biblical scripture of influence in my growing years:

1 John 5:4

Faith is the victory that overcomes the world and without faith it is impossible to please God.

I have believed faith to be a gift deposited in every human being since conception as the soul and spirit come to take place in the forming body while in the beautiful placenta of a mother.  At a tender age, I came to understand the force of God, the Almighty, being vividly present in the universe and consequently in one’s life.  Faith is so powerful that no adult or child had ever taught me exclusively about the matter and its results, yet I felt this magnetism driving me through the so many observations in my young path of life.  Perhaps, this magnetism with faith was influenced by my attentiveness at church while visiting with my parents. But is it really that simple to receive it?  I am over 41 now, and I still live in awe of such grace to allow me to see faith, that magnetism for belief.

I was 2 1/2 years old when a devastating earthquake in Managua, Nicaragua took place in December 1972. I honestly do not remember the dark streets and the victims laying on the ground and the rubble that night, but do remember very distinctively the darkness and painful silence that followed in the mourning and recovery process.  It was so vivid that I elevated my thought by asking: “How will we get out of this?  How will we move from this?”  I believe only faith could’ve given me that insight that we, the citizens, could not settle for such, and believed something better had to come from the pain and chaos.   As the citizens made progress in the small and big details to care for, I saw faith drive many through the pain to healing and restoration at some level if not completely.

To many, it is faith that continues to be the fiery force to trust that God is for mercy, not infliction of pain or punishment in the essence of His never-ending love.

What will you share of your faith in life?   Thank you in advance for sharing…!
